A careers platform was created to offer Design course alumni targeted job opportunities. I designed the platform from the ground up focusing on unique features that would be trialled to offer alumni a alternative approach to finding a job.
Through user interviews and an array of UX research practices, I implemented design decisions which included;
• 5 key filter options informed by top-level search enquiries found on LinkedIn, GoogleJobs, Reed.co.uk
• Filter headings mirrored on job overview cards
• Limited applications per week to negate scatter gun submissions and provide quality candidates
• Encouraged LinkedIn login for a quick and transparent application process
• Dedicated application manager to provide feedback and improve success rate
